Simplicity of use, compact, light weight, good looks, nice finish
Field of view could be bigger but magnification would have to suffer to achieve it. Lens cap covers are not attached so they could get lost.

I bought these binoculars at Sam's Club a couple of years ago for around $39. That pair was left behind at at NASCAR race and now I'm going to buy them again. They are excellent binoculars and you can't beat the automatic focus ability. I have used them at NASCAR races and they perform great. Lenses are of high quality and provide a nice clear image. I couldn't stand having to try to focus other types of binoculars as the cars raced around the track, constantly changing the distance from the viewer and hence forcing you to refocus. I also like the small, compact size and lightweight. The shell is made of a very nice, rugged plastic and the whole package looks good.
